Clean Elegant Botanics @ Botanico
It is said that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication, and we completely agree! Our bride chose a white and green colour palette that gave us the opportunity to focus on often overlooked foliage and greenery.
Optimising botanical elegance at the wedding venue came naturally. We took cues from the sophisticated, minimalist restaurant design at Botanico.
Located in Singapore Botanic Gardens, we mirrored Botanico’s verdant garden venue with Monsterra, Birds of Paradise, Philodendron and other assorted tropical foliage. This greenery elevated the garden setting to perfection.
We selected the tropical Phalaenopsis peppered with dainty Dendrobium Orchids as the main stars due to their tropicality and exquisite blooms.
The Hellobores made an appearance in the centrepieces (and later on, the bridal bouquet), creating dimension next to white Lisianthus.
Keeping in line with the fresh and graceful theme, our bride preferred for the VIP table centrepiece to be over the top so we opted for mid-height glass vases instead.
The pristine vases sparkled with understated finesse together with a well-appointed arrangement of cream-coloured Phalaenopsis amongst beautiful ferns.
Instead of going for regular, round centrepieces, we showcased individual ferns and foliage in petite glass vases across the guests’ dining tables.
Then came the star of the show - the bride, with her lovely bridal bouquet!
Our bride requested for a King Protea as her focal flower. Through all odds, we managed to accede to her request even though the South African national flower was not in season at that time!
Some delicate, snow-coloured Hellobores peeked out through the lush foliage in the bridal bouquet.
We adorned the groom’s boutonnière with a pure white orchid that complemented his bride’s bouquet majestically.
It’s through flower palettes like these that remind us that simplicity is the beauty of life. Stay tuned to see what other unique setups we work on in the future!
