A Radiant Ceremony at Armenian Church
A Charming Venue Steeped in History
The Armenian Church, with its stately white façade and timeless colonial charm, made the perfect setting for this intimate garden-style ceremony. Nestled in the heart of the city, the venue offered a quiet, reverent space—framed by heritage and beauty—that allowed the love story to take center stage.
Nature’s Warmest Palette
We chose a palette of soft white and cheerful yellow, evoking a garden basking in gentle morning sunlight. The design centered on creating a welcoming and light-filled atmosphere—fresh, hopeful, and quietly elegant. The use of buttery yellow roses, creamy lisianthus, delicate spray carnations, and bright alstroemeria set the tone for a ceremony full of joy and softness.
A Garden Grown on Stone Steps
Floral arrangements flanked the chapel doors and cascaded down the steps, blending texture and scale with white peonies, lush green foliage, and golden sprays of solidago. These arrangements gave guests the feeling of walking into a blooming courtyard, creating an effortless transition from the outside world to a sacred celebration.
Inside the Ceremony
Pew ends were adorned with petite bundles of white and yellow blooms, tied with crisp white ribbons to keep things refined yet cheerful. Up at the altar, large garden-style arrangements framed the couple in a naturally radiant glow, drawing guests’ attention to the most important moment, without ever overpowering it.
Light, Airy, and Timeless
The floral styling was intentionally kept gardenesque and unstructured, allowing the blooms to feel like they had grown right into the space. Each design element was selected to complement the venue’s historic architecture while keeping the mood light, relaxed, and sincere.
