Bucket Full of Roses (BFOR) is a Singapore-based floral design studio creating bespoke weddings, events, and brand experiences through the art of flowers.
Combining strategic spatial design with story-led, colour-first floral concepts, we help clients translate their personalities, values, and vision into meaningful experiences. Wedding Consultant
The role
This is the front of the studio. You take a couple from their first enquiry to a signed booking. You read what they want, shape a concept that excites them, build their proposal, and bring them to a yes. The moment they confirm, you hand them to our design and operations lead.
If you love the beginning of things, the listening and the ideating and the pitch and the close, this role is built for you. The detailed production that follows is owned by someone else.
What you will own
- First contact. Every lead enquiry answered quickly and warmly. You set the tone for the whole relationship.
- The consult. You lead the design call online via Google Meets.
- The idea. You turn a couple’s vision into a concept worth booking.
- The proposal. You build it and price it on our framework, layer in the creative, and send it fast.
- The close. You follow through until it is a yes, a no, or a clear next step. Nothing sits unanswered.
- The handoff. On confirmation, you brief our Operations Lead and introduce the couple warmly, then move on.
You are
- Quick to respond, and uneasy when a proposal is sitting unsent.
- Creative enough to make a couple feel seen, commercial enough to close.
- Strong with communication skills with the ability to listen actively, present ideas clearly, and collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Able to talk money with warmth and without flinching.
- Organised, self-driven, and calm with a full pipeline.
- Genuinely interested in weddings, design, and people.
- In tune with the BFOR aesthetic (story-led, colour-first) and able to speak to it when shaping a concept with couples.
Helpful, not essential
- Experience in weddings, events, floristry, interiors, or considered sales.
- An eye for flowers and design language.
- Comfort with a CRM and digital tools (we work in Dubsado, Notion & Canva).
What this is not
This is not a production or operations role. You will not be sourcing stems or building installations on site. Your craft is the front end: the relationship, the concept, and the close.
The shape of it
- Though Singapore based, you have the flexibility to work in your own home.
- This is a “permanent, yet flexible” role. Our team structures their own weeks, and extended leave between wedding seasons is simply part of how we work. What we hold firm on is whether the work happens to standard — not when or where it happens.
