Blush & White

Blush & White
St Regis: This St Regis wedding was designed to feel grand but understated, built around a simple multi panel backdrop in the John Jacobs Ballroom. Soft clusters of blush and cream flowers, roses, hydrangea, dried blooms and clouds of baby's breath, grow up and across the white panels and spill onto the floor, so the structure stays clean while the flowers do the work. The palette holds to blush, cream and white throughout, warmed by candlelight against the ballroom's raw industrial ceiling. The same restraint carries to the reception tables, where low white arrangements sit between tapers and soft lamplight. It is a modern, quietly romantic take on a hotel ballroom, where a single well made backdrop and a considered palette carry the whole room.
