Minjiang:
This couple loved tropical flowers, but wanted them muted, so we worked in a soft sunset palette to sit with the warm wood and bamboo of the restaurant. Terracotta, coral and burnt orange ran through the anthuriums, orchids, tulips and trailing amaranth, with deep foliage grounding it all. A large tropical installation anchored the space beside the restaurant's amber lanterns, while low table centrepieces carried the same tones down to dried longan and nuts tucked in at the base. It felt lush but calm, tropical without the brightness, warm and a little golden throughout.
