Seasonal Flowers in Singapore

When clients ask about seasonal flowers, the answer isn’t as straightforward in Singapore. Unlike countries with four seasons, Singapore’s tropical climate doesn’t define floral availability. Instead, we rely heavily on imports. Most flowers you see in weddings, like tulips, peonies, and ranunculus, don’t grow locally. They are flown in from flower farms across Japan, Holland, New Zealand, Kenya, and more.

And our role isn’t just about naming specific blooms. It’s about understanding what’s currently accessible, how to work with it, and how to bring a cohesive design to life. We work closely with our trusted floral suppliers to stay informed on what’s coming in fresh each week. This way, we can design with confidence, knowing that our arrangements are not only beautiful but also practical.

Seasonal Flowers Availability

Here are some famous seasonal flowers availability based on global imports. While availability can shift, these are commonly accessible options to consider:

This list is a starting point. Flower availability can fluctuate, especially during international peak seasons like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day. For weddings, we always recommend staying flexible.

Outside of this list, many classic wedding flowers commonly found in florists, such as roses, carnations, chrysanthemums, anthuriums, baby’s breath, bird of paradise flowers, cymbidiums, dendrobiums and others that always go on display all months, are generally available year-round due to their consistent global production and demand. These varieties are often used to complement seasonal picks and ensure stability in both design and supply.

Having these go-to florals helps us anchor your design, so even when the more delicate or rare varieties are unavailable, the overall floral story remains intact. That way, you’re not left scrambling or compromising at the last minute.

What If Your Dream Flower Isn’t Available?

It happens more often than you think. Brides dream of peonies, but they’re out of season or cost-prohibitive. Here’s where our creative sourcing and design expertise come in. We look beyond the flower name and focus on the emotion, palette, and texture you want to create.

Say your inspiration board is filled with peonies. If they’re not available, we might suggest garden roses, ranunculus, or even double tulips, all of which mimic the softness and layered look of a peony. The magic lies in our superpower to find the perfect floral ingredient that captures the essence of your vision. It’s not about replacing your flower, it’s about keeping the same feel.

We also guide you away from being fixated on one flower. Why? Because weddings are about the bigger picture. Your bouquet, centrepieces, and arches should all speak the same visual language. That means choosing flowers that match your colour palette, theme, and overall vibe, not just individual blooms.

When it comes to texture, we might blend ruffled petals with structured greens, or balance soft tones with moody accents. Each ingredient is chosen with purpose. And because we source globally, we can often find rare varieties if you give us time to plan and source.

We also understand the emotional connection that clients have to certain blooms. Whether it’s your grandmother’s favourite flower or the one from your engagement bouquet, we’ll do our best to honour that intention, even if we have to recreate it with something similar in spirit.

Our clients trust us because we deliver more than flowers; we deliver cohesion, beauty, and a deeply personal floral story.

Why the Palette Matters More Than the Petal

The truth is, when your wedding photos come back, no one’s zooming in on whether that was a peony or a ranunculus. What they see is the colour harmony, the shape, and the mood your flowers create.

This is why we focus on palette-first floral design. It gives us the freedom to adapt based on current seasonal flowers, while still bringing your vision to life. A dusty rose palette with soft whites and warm taupes? We can craft that using different combinations throughout the year.

Colour and texture do the heavy lifting in setting a mood. Whether it’s modern elegance, a romantic garden, or something bold and editorial, it all starts with the palette. And when we’re not restricted to specific stems, the creative possibilities open up.

In the end, seasonal availability is a consideration, but not a limitation. With thoughtful design, experience, and sourcing, we make your dream florals happen. That’s the quiet confidence you can expect from us.
